Guidance under first rate instructors who put a lot of effort into developing self defence techniques that align with evolving criminal behaviours and patterns. Started Krav Maga with no physical fitness or martial arts background and I can't believe how much I've learned in a year. Still have a lot to learn and I couldn't ask for a better group of fellow Spartans to join me on my journey. I can easily say that Monday Krav sessions are the highlight of my week!
